We can file on most health insurance in Colorado Springs including: United HealthCare, Blue Cross, Blue Anthem, Great West, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser, Aetna, Sloan's Lake Principal, Assurant and Tricare.
Sorry, but we are unable to file on Medicare or HMO's.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks.
