Even though we do not accept any other health insurance we can help you file on most plans including: United HealthCare, Blue Cross, Blue Anthem, Great West, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser, Aetna, Sloan's Lake Principal, Assurant, Cofinity, and Tricare Prime. You, not the insurance company, are ultimately responsible to pay for services rendered.
Sorry, but we are unable to file on Medicare or HMO's.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks.
